Sarah is GBNJ's receptionist extraordinaire.  She basically runs the office, takes the calls,  dispatches the investigation and elimination teams, bills the customers, handles all aspects of customer service, balances the books, files the sales tax and employer withholding returns, pays incoming invoices, and pays the ghostbusters.  So basically without Sara GBNJ would crumble.
